Get Hip for the Holidays
Relieve Deep Stress and Stay Grounded
Dec 4 from 12-2pm
Its no surprise that most of the tension endured over a lifetime is stored in our hips. Our legs foundate
the framework of our bodies and each step we take is a constriction that nears the roots of our
structure. Proper attention toward this area unleashes a vitality that will charge and reactivate the
mechanics of our system. Hip opening postures are fundamental in the sense that they lay the
groundwork for advancement. They help to increase stability and freedom of the legs, while aiding
proper digestion, circulation, mobility, and spacial awareness.

Join Tarra Madore, Anusara-Inspired instructor, as she leads a refreshing and exhilerating
workshop to better approach the stresses of the holiday season. Doctor of Chiropractic,
Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and owner of Inner Light Yoga Center, Tarra brings a

practiced with an emphasis on balance and alignment. Tarra brings her extensive knowledge
about the human anatomy and physiology, as well as, the deeper study of philosophy to all her

Shopping lists and weather shifts have us easily overwhelmed during these times. Crafty
reminders to slow down can cultivate a sense of patience and presence necessary to discern
distraction from opportunity. Fluidity in the hips will aid to alleviate aggravation in the low
back, and nourish the network of movement to better navigate the haste of the holidays. Leave
feeling refreshed, attentive, settled, and hip!
