Our Yoga Style
Hatha Yoga – Safe alignment in yoga postures (asanas), breathing practice (pranayama), linking movement with breath
(vinyasa), respecting your body's current physical state and working at your individual level, quieting and focusing the
mind (meditation), and rejuvenating the body after practice in deep relaxation (savasana).
In all yoga classes Asana (posture) variations are presented so that students may work at their individual level. All Hatha
yoga classes explore asana alignment, vinyasa flow, pranayama, meditation, deep relaxation and yogic teachings. Builds
core strength, flexibility, and balance of body and mind.
