About Us
Our Vision...
Our goal is to provide an authentic Yoga Center for the community in order to make the
many benefits of yoga practice more accessible to people in this area.
Our focus is to create an environment which is peaceful, welcoming and safe, where
people with varying yoga experience and physical ability can develop greater awareness
about the state of their bodies and the quality of their minds, while recharging their spirits.
We, at Inner Light Yoga Center, believe that Yoga is much more than a physical practice;
it is also a way of living with mindfulness and awareness. We are committed to making a
positive impact on the lives of others in our community and around the world, and to treat
our environment with the respect it deserves. Therefore, we will donate a percentage of
our profits to programs and charities that empower people and protect the environment. In
addition, whenever possible, we will purchase goods for use at the center and for resale
that are environmentally and socially responsible, promoting fair trade and fair
compensation for artisans.
Our Yoga Styles...
All of the teachers at Inner Light Yoga Center are fully trained and Certified Yoga
Teachers. The styles of yoga we offer include the core principles as a foundation: Hatha
yoga postures (asanas), breathing practice (pranayama), linking movement with breath,
respecting your body's current physical state and working at your individual level, quieting
and focusing the mind (meditation), and rejuvenating the body after practice in deep
relaxation (savasana). Inner reflection and a graceful flow of postures with the breath
(vinyasa) are emphasized. The structure of each class style varies by each teacher's
training and experience. We invite you to try all of our styles!
Our Teachers...
Tarra Piparo Madore DC, E-RYT 500 (200 and 500)
Director, HITA Member, IAYT Member
While studying philosophy in high school, Tarra became intrigued by Eastern thought, the
concept of living in harmony with nature and the power of the human mind. She pursued
her interests at Rider University and graduated in 1994 with a BA in Psychology and
minors in Philosophy and Social Work.
Tarra’s path to becoming a psychologist was changed when she began receiving
chiropractic adjustments and discovered the amazing alignment and harmony she felt in
her body. Her desire to share this with others and to help people without the use of
medication led her to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa from 1996 to 1999. It
was there that a friend introduced Tarra to yoga because it fit well with both her beliefs
and her pursuit of natural health. She began to practice extensively at a nearby yoga
studio in the Iyengar tradition.
Upon returning to New Jersey, Tarra opened the NJ Wellness Center. She continued to
practice various yoga styles and completed a three year certification in Prenatal and
Pediatric Chiropractic through the Palmer Institute for Professional Advancement. As her
love for yoga grew, Tarra developed a desire to teach it. She completed the Yoga
Teacher Training program in Hatha Yoga at Freehold Yoga Center, a Yoga Alliance
registered training program. This program emphasizes the strong traditional lineage of
yoga brought over from India by followers of Master Sivananda. Advancing her study of
the yoga traditions, she has completed her 500 training at the prestigious Himalayan
Institute. The Himalayan Institute is deeply influenced by the Himalayan Masters including
world renowned Swami Rama.
Tarra is currently studying Anusara yoga. Anusara yoga is a hatha yoga system that
unites universal principles of alignment with a non-dual tantric philosophy that is
epitomized by a "celebration of the heart." She is training with senior certified Anusara
teachers Naime Jezzeny and Sue Elkind. Tarra has completed all 3 Anusara Immersions
and the Anusara Level 1 Teacher Training totaling 200 hours. She continues to study with
her teachers and plans to attend a workshop with John Friend -the Melt Your Heart, Blow
Your Mind Tour!
Tarra brings a wealth of knowledge to her yoga classes and teaches a blend of styles
from which she has practiced with an emphasis on balance and alignment. Tarra brings
her extensive knowledge about the human anatomy and physiology, as well as, the
deeper study of philosophy to all her classes. She allows students to fully experience yoga
in its true tradition.

Jennifer Bailey, RYT
Jennifer has been practicing yoga for more than eight years and has been teaching for
three years. She completed her 200 hour certification with Inner Light Yoga Center and is
registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has been a student and teacher from California to
New Jersey, exploring different types of yoga. Jennifer continues her exploration into
Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Bikram, Sivananda, Yin Yoga, and Anusara. As well as an
actress, Jennifer has explored bodywork techniques, such as Alexander and Fitz-Maurice.
She has attended many workshops with Yoga Sutras author, Reverend Jaganath and
studied at the Sivananda Ashram.
Jennifer's mother, an alternative nutritionist and free spirit, introduced her to yoga at an
early age. It became a fun activity to come home and do shouldstand with her mom.
Slowly, with time and maturity she came to see what yoga really meant to her. The
physical, mental, and spiritual effects for her own practice drove her to want to share her
passion of yoga with others. Her practice and teaching is nurturing and gentle, but can
also be as deep as you allow yourself to go.

Angela Caprioli Grady, RYT
Angela Caprioli is a yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance as well as a
graduate of Inner Light Yoga Center. She specializes in the study of the Chakras and
applies this knowledge to both her classes and her everyday life. Her classes are based
on the traditions of Master Sivananda, BKS Iyengar, and Tarra Madore. Influenced by her
training at Inner Light Yoga Center, Angela’s focus is on safety and alignment, with an
emphasis on the instruction of proper technique.
Angela was attracted to yoga at an early age. She recalls the urge to stretch and turn,
twist and flex every afternoon before doing her school homework. Her intuitive nature led
her to practice these moves regularly.
After working in the corporate world for several years, Angela felt the need to explore
other countries including Hong Kong, India, and Japan, where she had the opportunity to
experience first-hand Eastern cultures and their understanding of mind, body, and spirit.
Angela has traveled extensively throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Her eclectic
background includes a B.Sc. in Pharmacy, an M.A. in International Relations, and fluency
in several languages. She is also interested in holistic healing and practices Reiki, a
Japanese technique for healing and relaxation.
Angela brings to her classes an appreciation for community and connection. Through
Hatha Yoga she leads her students into sequences that promote physical well being,
flexibility, and relaxation. She uses her knowledge of the Chakras to infuse her lessons
with spirituality and to help students increase their awareness.
Following the teachings of Master Sivananda, Angela dedicates most of her time to
serving humanity as an activist for human and animal rights, by speaking for those who
cannot speak for themselves.
